We retain Inspection Reports in our archives for a maximum of six (6) months from the date of issue. Booking and account records are retained for as long as required to fulfil the purposes described in this policy and to comply with applicable legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct or update inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information, where we are not required to retain it.
